For over 30 years DEC International, Inc. has been involved in the construction industry. Residential single- and multi-family, process, warehouse, office and industrial projects in the states and abroad, we’ve walked the walk and understand your problems.

Key Personnel Bio's

Allan J. Feifer
Founder and CEO

Allan J. Feifer is the CEO and co founder of DEC International, Inc. since its inception in 1974. Mr. Feifer is a Georgia native with strong ties to the construction industry. Mr. Feifer has been involved with construction projects of all kinds here in Georgia and in Latin America, the Middle East and elsewhere. Mr. Feifer is always at the center of the technical focus that DEC International has that leads to better and more useful services for its members.The Leading Facts division of DEC International, has been his main focus since 1992. An avid pilot, he and his wife Nancy divide their time working out of their Florida and Marietta offices.

Maxine D. Arena
Vice President Residential Data Information Sales

As vice president of RDI sales, Ms Arena spearheads marketing efforts for real estate information products published by DEC International.

She has been involved professionally with the building and development industry for over two decades, principally in the metro-Atlanta market, but also at the national and international levels.

Prior to joining DEC, Ms Arena was vice president of real estate and broker-of-record for an international real estate investment company headquartered in Atlanta. The firm focused on large scale golf course community ventures, industrial warehouses and rental properties.

A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Ms. Arena attended the University of Kentucky and the Georgia Institute of Real Estate. She is a licensed broker and is well respected in the business community.
