BID FACTS is a must-have for all construction industry professionals, including General Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, specifiers, and after-market providers. Bid Facts reports commercial, industrial, and institutional (public and private sector) construction bid opportunities throughout Georgia.

Published each Monday, Bid Facts provides you with the timely pre-bid and bid-stage construction information on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects throughout Georgia. Bid Facts includes exclusive coverage of private sector projects not published elsewhere and includes negotiated, design-build, invited bidder, and owner bid-direct situations, as well as complete coverage of the public bid sector (city, county, state, federal, and military).

Reports are user-friendly and uniquely formatted to give fast, detailed information, including complete CSI specification codes for each project in the bid stage. All current, active projects are listed each week in chronological bid-date order with a unique tracking number for reference and update purposes.

INTERNET BASIC VERSION: Same as our print version, but accessible through the Web.  View or print the last two week's issues. Full content, no customization.

INTERNET ADVANCED VERSION: Customize your reports by selecting search criteria for the types of projects, size, or geographic area, and receive information on only those projects that match your company's product, trade or service. We qualify the projects for you, saving valuable time. Includes a subscription to Fast Facts Internet Version.

All Bid Facts clients also receive a membership to Prospect Facts, your early-one "heads-up" for pre-bid information on upcoming projects and developments throughout Georgia. Prospect Facts includes information on proposed projects and potential new sites, including descriptions, owner/developer contacts and likely architect/engineer selections. Thousands of private-sector projects in the conceptual, pre-plan, and planning stages are being tracked within our Prospect Facts database.

Bid Facts clients receive full research support for continuing updates. Current bid lists and bid-date changes are available daily; just contact the DEC Research Department or your DEC Consultant.

Bid Facts clients have full access to the Plan Room, located at our office in Marietta, GA. Plan, bid documents and specifications are available for viewing each weekday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The availability of plans and documents is noted in each issue of Bid Facts.

Bid Facts clients are automatically placed in the Database Registry. Accessed daily by owner/developers, architect and General Contractors seeking partners for their planned construction projects, the Registry is an excellent source of leads and contacts for new work by presenting you're company directly to those prospects you are most trying to reach.

1. Maximum 3 Internet users per location. Additional users: $300 per year.

4. DEC Multiple Service Discount: Full price for first membership, 5% off second membership, and 10% off third membership.

Payment Terms: Memberships paid in full within 10 days of ordering may deduct 5 percent and receive one additional month of service. Members may pay any annual membership half down with the balance within 30 days.
