PERMIT FACTS delivers data for those companies that need accurate, timely data on all construction activity. Permit Facts is ideal for building material suppliers, sub-contractors, service, financial, and real estate companies.

Covers all residential and commercial construction activity in Metro-Atlanta (24 counties and 62 cities) at the building permit stage.

Published each Tuesday, Permit Facts informs you of who is building what, where, size, value, along with many other important details about the project, including: builder/contractor name; address and phone number; project/subdivision name; address; size; value; description; and legal information.

Additionally, new or first time contractors are highlighted each week. Permit Facts reports on all new structures as well as additions, renovations, and interior finish activity in both the commercial and residential construction markets.

Permit Facts reports are user-friendly. Published in a unique "fast-read" format, the reports are sorted by county and alphabetized by permit holder name. Each report includes up-to-date fresh information on projects permitted the previous week. Electronic delivery and customization of reports are available.

Permit Facts covers the entire Metro Atlanta area, including 62 cities and 24 counties: Banks, Barrow, Bartow, Cherokee, Carroll, Clarke, Clayton,Cobb, Coweta, Dawson, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Jackson, Newton, Oconee, Paulding, Rockdale, and Walton.

The Residential Only or Commercial Only versions of Permit Facts are available by mail only.

1. Maximum 3 Internet users per location. Additional users: $300 per year.
2. Internet access for additional location, same report, different password: $300 per year.
3. Additional mailing of same report to same location (except Atlanta Housing Report, Permit Facts and Subdivision Map Index): $200 per year. Atlanta Housing Report, Permit Facts & Subdivision Map Index, $300 per year for additional mailing.
4. DEC Multiple Service Discount: Full price for first membership, 5% off second membership, and 10% off third membership.

Payment Terms: Memberships paid in full within 10 days of ordering may deduct 5 percent and receive one additional month of service. Members may pay any annual membership half down with the balance within 30 days.
