The publication provides you with plenty of advance notice — from three months to up to a year, providing plenty of time to submit your company's bid for work.

Prospect Facts provides concise, early-on pre-bid information you need, including planned project descriptions, locations, and owner/developer contact and possible architect/engineer selections at the earliest possible stage.

Prospect Facts is included in Bid Facts subscriptions at no added charge.

PROSPECT FACTS MAIL VERSION: Includes Projects sorts by alpha; project name, address and county; unique project ID number; project, work and building type; square footage; value; owner/developer; architect or engineer; status.

1. Maximum 3 Internet users per location. Additional users: $300 per year.
